Consultants Roster update:
3E Group is inviting applications from qualified National and International experts to update its roster of consultants for various consultancy assignments in Afghanistan more specifically in these areas of expertise:
- Engineering in the following specialties (Road, Structure, Water systems & Electrical)
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Capacity building
- Architecture
- Financial and Managerial Audit
- Support Services (Procurement, Finance, Administration, Logistics & HR)
Competencies
- Strong analytical, reporting and writing abilities;
- Proven communication and leadership skills;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), proficiency in local/regional language is an asset.
- Experience in Afghanistan and/or post conflict country is an asset
Required Skills and Experience
- Advanced University degree
- At least 3 years proven experience in their field of expertise
- Knowledge and experience with International norms and standards
